The Case for Reconceptualizing International Law: 2 December 2020

IILA, the TWAIL Seminar at UCLA and the International Arbitration Group at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP thank Prof Tendayi Achiume, Prof Balakrishnan Rajagopal, Prof Sundhya Pahuja and Prof Makane Moïse Mbengue for a very thought-provoking first session that dived deeply and immediately into practical ideas for reconceptualizing international law - and thank you to everyone who joined us.
